BBK Announces New Hire for Director of Proactive Services
August 23, 2006. Southfield, MI. BBK, an international business advisory firm providing financial, strategic and operational services to its clients worldwide announced that Michael Wagner will be the Director of Proactive Services.
Wagners position entails leading, developing and launching BBKs existing Proactive Services including BBK Ratings and other well-known value-added assessment services, as well as new, enhanced products.BBKs products and services assist global manufacturers in the management of risk in their respective revenue and purchasing value chains.

Wagner brings to BBK over 34 years of experience in North America and International business.Prior to joining BBK, Wagner was most recently Director of Global Process Management at Ford Motor Credit Company where his responsibilities included developing and implementing major new business processes and coordinating global process changes.
Preceding his position as Director of Global Process Management, Wagner was Ford Credits Director of Commercial Risk Management.He was responsible for overall risk responsibilities for a $40 billion commercial credit portfolio, running the North American and International Credit Committees, developing risk management systems for commercial credit, and writing the Commercial Credit Policy Manual for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Wagner obtained his Masters Degree in Economics from WayneStateUniversity and his Bachelors Degree in Economics from MichiganStateUniversity.
