BBK Announces New Hires; Additions Support Firm's Strategic Growth

Southfiled, MI, September 2, 2004 - BBK, an internationally recognized, leading provider of financial and operational business advisory services, as part of the firm's strategic, operational initiatives designed to enhance worldwide resources, announces the following additions; David Hess and Mark Schumacher, Senior Consultants, Daniel A. Skedel, Consultant, David Bickerstaff, Warehouse Quality Manager and Kelley Haynes, Marketing Coordinator. BBK Chairman and CEO B.N. Bahadur made the announcement.

As Senior Consultants, David Hess and Mark Schumacher are responsible for analyzing and assessing the financial and operational aspects of either troubled client companies or those seeking performance improvements, and then developing and implementing solutions.

Prior to joining BBK, Hess served as Materials & Information Systems Manager for Export Corporation in Brighton, MI. Hess earned his BSBA from Chadwick University, Birmingham, AL, and is certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society.

Schumacher most recently served as Vice President, Finance & Administration for Clayton Group Services, Inc. Novi.

Schumacher holds an MBA from Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. and an AB from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.

As a Consultant, Skedel is responsible for analyzing financial and operational aspects of client companies and working with senior management to develop and implement solutions.

Prior to joining BBK, Skedel held various positions within Visteon Corp., Dearborn, MI., most recently, as Finance Manager, Customer Business Group.

Hess earned his MBA from Ohio State University, Columbus, OH and a BBA in Finance from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, OH.

As Quality Manager at the BBK warehouse, Bickerstaff is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust quality system for the BBK warehouse in Romulus, MI. Prior to joining BBK, Bickerstaff served as Quality Manager at Automotive Components Systems (ACSYS) in Oshawa, Ont., Canada.

Bickerstaff earned a BA from the University of Windsor, Windsor, Ont., Canada.

As the Marketing Coordinator, Haynes works with the Marketing Director in the preparation and production of high-level sales presentations and materials, and development and implementation of a fully integrated marketing communications program.

Previously, Haynes served as Program Coordinator of the Human Capital Advisory Services Group for Follmer Rudzewicz Advisors, Inc. in Southfield.

Haynes earned a BA in communications from the University of Michigan - Dearborn, MI. and an Associate in Psychology from Owens Community College in Toledo, OH.
