June 18, 2009. Detroit.  BBK, an international business advisory firm, has signed an agreement to partner with two German consulting firms, ARC Unternehmensberatung GmbH, a financial consulting services firm, and GPM Gesellschaft fur Produktivitat und Management GmbH & Co.KG, an operational consulting services firm.   

ARC provides financial consulting services, senior management support, and interim management expertise for receivers and administrators in insolvency cases. GPM provides consulting services including operations and financial improvement, as well as interim management expertise in restructuring cases.

The alliance will deliver increased opportunities for BBK and its clients as both ARC and GPM have strong business and community relationships.  ARC and GPM will continue to operate under their brand names, as members of the BBK Group. A total of over 60 professional staff will be added to BBK from ARC and GPM, significantly increasing BBK's presence in the European market.
