Senior Director
Ten or more years of related financial, operational, legal or business experience along with a Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Manages engagement team and any additional key professional firm involvement in meeting client expectations. Manages the client relationship in assessing the financial/accounting, sales/marketing, operations, and legal/administrative aspects of a client entity. Provides effective solutions to complex situations. May negotiate engagements, develop new business and represent the principal when required.
