As Consultants, Ricciuti and Williams are responsible for analyzing financial and operational aspects of client companies and working with senior management to develop and implement effective solutions.

Most recently, Ricciuti served as the Executive Vice President at Expert Corporation, Troy, Mich., an international automotive manufacturer of plastic injected emissions canisters and front-end modules.  He was responsible for the launch of its U.S. subsidiary, including obtaining financing and the start up of manufacturing operations. 

Ricciuti earned a B.B.A. from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He resides in Troy, Mich.

Williams brings more than 17 years of financial and operational management experience to BBK.  He most recently he served as Director of Operations for AHD Vintners in Warren, Mich., where he was responsible for finance, customer service, purchasing, logistics and information technologies. 

Williams holds a M.S. from Walsh College, Troy, Mich. and a B.B.A from West Coast University, Orange Calif.  He resides in West Bloomfield, Mich.

As an Analyst, Harimohan is responsible for supporting financial and/or operational decision making by compiling, assembling and analyzing data.

Prior to joining BBK, Harimohan worked with AOL Member Services in Bangalore, India.  He holds a B.A. from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. Harimohan currently resides in Southfield, Mich.
