As CFO, Little is responsible for developing the firm's financial policies and directing their implementation. Additionally, he analyzes company business operations and future business plans to determine the financial effect of various alternatives.
Little possesses more than 25 years of financial management experience. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance & Administration/Treasurer at Intertec Systems L.L.C. in Troy, Mich.
Little earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Detroit Institute of Technology. He is a registered CPA and member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Michigan Association of CPAs.
As Business Development Manager, Gerathy is responsible for marketing BBK's value added services, including BBK Ratings, an analytical web-based model for determining the financial strength of a company.
Prior to joining BBK, Gerathy founded Data Insight, L.L.C., Highland, Mich., a provider of lists and email brokering service for medium and large sized companies throughout the US.
Previously, he served as Sales and Marketing Consultant at Dun & Bradstreet, Troy, Mich., responsible for customizing client solutions through the sale and management of data and software.
Gerathy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern Michigan University Ypsilanti, Mich. and is a graduate of Harry Blythe Ohio School of Banking at Ohio University. He resides in Highland, Mich.
