Cole joins BBK with extensive experience in both the corporate finance and professional staffing/recruiting fields. 

After earning a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, Cole spent 10 years in corporate accounting and finance with Fortune 500 companies, including Arthur Andersen. In 1996, Source Finance (now known as Kforce Professional Staffing) asked Ms. Cole to join its professional recruiting team. She spent the last 10 years conducting search and placement of finance professionals from entry level to senior manager and director positions for a wide variety of clients. What Cole brings to the table is a unique combination of experience that includes technical knowledge and recruiting skills.
