Kulesza joins BBK as Managing Director. Kulesza has almost 30 years of financial and operational experience with extensive knowledge in the automotive, retail, technology, manufacturing, logistical and distribution and hospitality industries. Most recently he served as Founder and Managing Partner of Cloyses Partners, LLC, a Denver-based management-consulting firm providing interim, crisis and turnaround management. In addition to a previous position as Chief Financial Officer, Kulesza has held senior management positions in restructuring, operations and finance. He has worked with companies with substantial revenues that range from $1 million to $3 billion and has successfully facilitated transactions ranging from $1 million to $1 billion.

In his new role, Kulesza will advise BBK client companies and interested stakeholders in strategic formulation, turnarounds and workouts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, buyouts, consolidations and expansions. Kulesza earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Niagara University, NY. Additionally, he completed several executive development courses at Wharton and Harvard Business Schools.
