BBK Promotes Mark L. Nilsen to Senior Director & Timothy A. Turek to Director

Southfield, MI, February 4, 2005 - BBK, an internationally recognized, leading provider of financial and operational business advisory services, has promoted Mark L. Nilsen to Senior Director from Director and Timothy A. Turek to Director from Senior Consultant, as part of the firm's strategic, operational initiatives designed to enhance worldwide resources. BBK Chairman and CEO B.N. Bahadur made the announcement.

As Senior Director, Nilsen is responsible for the management of all aspects of BBK's client relationships, including advanced product planning, launch support, statistical problem solving, and development and execution strategies.

Nilsen has been with BBK since 1990 and possesses extensive experience in production and operations management, including development and implementation of process changes for continuous improvement and numerous capability and capacity analyses. Nilsen has been extremely effective in defect reductions and quality process improvements in the automotive, consumer products and service industries.

Nilsen earned a B.S. from Wayne State University. He is a member of the American Society for Quality, APICS and the Turnaround Management Association.

He resides in Chesterfield, Mich.

As a Director, Turek is responsible for management of all aspects of BBK client relationships and team activities. This includes the development and execution of strategies and processes which are required in the turnaround engagements of a troubled businesses, profit enhancement for non- or under-performing companies, debt restructuring, and operational performance valuations of stable businesses to avoid potential downturns or supply chain disruption.

Turek possesses more than 18 years of strategic, financial and operational services experience, including crisis and turnaround management; business process improvement; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; and efficiency and productivity improvement for companies in a wide range of industries including automotive manufacturing, metal forming and foundry, construction, information services, and high technology manufacturing as well as others.

Turek earned a B.B. in accounting from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL and practiced as a CPA as well as in private industry prior to joining BBK. He is a past or present member of Turnaround Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois Certified Public Accounting Society and Construction Financial Management Association.

He resides in Sugar Grove, Ill.
