Diamond, senior director; Philip M. Goy, director; Joseph S. Durko and Allan P. Kochanski as senior consultants, and Robert A. Montgomery, consultant, as part of the firm's strategic, operational initiatives designed to enhance worldwide resources. BBK Chairman and CEO B.N. Bahadur made the announcement. As Senior Director, Diamond is responsible for the management of all aspects of BBK's client relationships, including advanced product planning, launch support, statistical problem solving, and development and execution strategies.
Diamond brings more than 25 years of automotive manufacturing management and engineering experience to BBK, most recently as Vice President of Quality & Continuous Improvement for ACSYS Technologies in Southfield, Mich. He holds a M.B.A. from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio and a B.S. from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He resides in Rochester Hills, Mich.
As a Director, Goy is responsible for assessing the financial, operational and administrative functions of BBK client companies, providing specialty services for financially troubled companies, and enhancement services to under-performing organizations.
Goy possesses more than 32 years experience in strategic, financial and operational services. Prior to joining BBK, he had experience as a Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and most recently, he served as Managing Director at Maxwell Advisors LLC in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. He earned M.B.A. and B.B.A. degrees from the University of Michigan and is a CPA. Goy resides in Troy, Mich.
As Senior Consultants, Durko and Kochanski work with other BBK professionals on the development and implementation of turnaround or performance enhancement plans for troubled and under performing companies. Montgomery will contribute in a similar capacity as a consultant.
Prior to joining BBK, Durko served as Director, Financial Reporting at TRW Automotive in Livonia, Mich. and has over 15 years of financial, controllership and senior management experience. He earned a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance & Commerce and a B.A. in Psychology from the University's College of Arts and Sciences, both in Philadelphia, Pa. Durko resides in West Bloomfield, Mich.
Kochanski possesses more than 18 years of financial and operations experience, most recently as Director of Finance at the Lear Corp. in Southfield, Mich. He earned a M.B.A. from the University of Detroit and a B.S. from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ. He resides in Auburn Hills, Mich.
Prior to joining BBK's Chicago office, Montgomery served as Manager at Huron Consulting Group, LLC in Chicago. He earned a B.S., Summa Cum Laude, from Babson College, Wellesley, Mass. He resides in Chicago, Ill.
