As Managing Director, Connor utilizes his vast experience in finance, manufacturing and operations management to advise troubled companies or interested stakeholders in strategy formulation, business planning, business valuation, financial analysis and forecasting, product development and profit enhancement.

Connor possesses more than 30 years of financial and operational experience, most recently as President and CEO of Newcor, Inc., a Royal Oak-based automotive and heavy truck parts supplier. While at Newcor, Connor was responsible for guiding the company through bankruptcy and restructuring with no loss of business. Newcor emerged from bankruptcy in 2003 as a privately held company. Connor also implemented Newcor Lean Manufacturing (a hybrid of the Toyota Production System) and secured new business in excess of 30% of revenues. Newcor employs over 800 people at seven locations.

Connor has also held the position of President at Glacier Vandervell, an engine bearing automotive supplier and Manager in the Audit and M&A Groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Detroit.

Connor earned a Bachelor of Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield and is a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in Milford, Mich.
