Ron Egan, Daphne Corry and Marcus Hudson Join BBK

Southfield, MI. - October 2005 - BBK, an internationally recognized, leading provider of financial and operational business advisory services, announces the following additions: Ron Egan, Senior Director and Daphne Corry and Marcus Hudson, as Senior Consultants.

As Senior Director, Egan is responsible for the management of all aspects of BBKs client relationships, including advanced product planning, launch support, statistical problem solving, development and execution strategies for financially troubled companies, and enhancement services to under-performing organizations. 

Egan has more than 25 years of financial and management experience; most recently, he served as Global Finance Director and Corporate Controller for Eagle Ottawa Automotive in Rochester Hills, MI.   He was responsible for all financial, operations and manufacturing accounting in this international automotive seating systems supplier.

Egan earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT.   He resides in Utica, MI.

As Senior Consultants, Corry and Hudson work with other BBK professionals on the development and implementation of turnaround or performance enhancement plans for troubled and under performing companies.

Prior to joining BBK, Corry served as Director of North American Business Operations/CFO for Abeam Consulting (USA), Ltd. in Troy, MI.  She was responsible for business planning and management of the financial department, accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and cost control. 

Corry earned a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. and a Bachelor of Arts from Austin College, Sherman, TX.  She resides in Birmingham, MI.

Hudson has held several finance and strategy positions at Ford Motor Company; most recently, he served as Controller Remarketing Operations.  He was responsible for financial management of the resale of 850,000 off-lease and off-fleet vehicles representing nearly $10 billion in corporate revenue.  While in this position, Hudson was responsible for forecasting vehicle residual values, designing and implementing headcount and overhead cost reduction plans, and modeling demand of high volume vehicle lines.  

Hudson earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of MIigan, Ann Arbor, MI. and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Managerial Accountant.   He resides in Farmington Hills, MI.
